After realizing that our property management company was not equipped to sell our property, we found Amy and Brian Savage by looking on Yelp. We didn’t realize how fortunate we were to find them until a long, frustrating sale was finally completed. As out of state owners heading towards retirement, we were ready to sell our small duplex. The pandemic hit right as we made this decision. Amy and Brian used their experience and expertise to navigate the new and challenging complexities of the pandemic as it unfolded. They worked tirelessly and professionally with our unresponsive and sometimes surly property management company. Also complicating the issue, we had a difficult tenant who continually tried to sabotage the property sale. Through no fault of theirs, unforeseen issues caused the sale to fall through a couple times.
