Amy Savage, a native Oregonian and a recognized figure in the local real estate industry, is your dedicated Tualatin real estate expert. Amy grew up in Corvallis and earned a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University. For the past 30 years, Amy has lived in the Portland-Metro area, primarily in Tualatin, where she has been an active community and business member.

Amy started her real estate career in 2000. Quickly realizing it was a perfect match for her, she continued her education and became a Principal Broker. Not long after that, she founded her own boutique agency, A Group Real Estate, where she continues to embrace the role of Managing Broker. We had a complicated situation in Oregon. Even while in another state Amy made everything so easy. She set up all appointments and any work that needed to be done. Literally, we just had to pay the contractors. She did all of the hard footwork for us. We always had reports on visits and feedback from her. I deal with the home business here in Arizona and work with realtors a lot. Honestly most of the people I meet in this business are shallow and cold with a poor work ethic... Really poor. They will take as much money as possible while underpaying their contractor's and lining their pockets. I will say Amy never once made me feel negative about her intensions. I trust her implicitly. We payed contractors direct. The people she found for us were great and reasonably priced. she really went the extra mile for us. For the first time in a long career I finally met a realtor I like, a lot. Would I recommend her? Absolutely! My only regret is she lives in Oregon. I wish I could work with her here in Arizona. We recently sold our home with Amy Savage and her team and the experience was as good as it gets when selling your home which is a stressful event to say the least. From beginning to end Amy was our advocate. Her initial visit included any tips and suggestions for making our home show at its best. Amy was prepared and organized with market comparisons and suggested listing price. After touring our home Amy felt that there was not a good comp on our home and revised her estimate immediately. From the point we decided to list the home with her, Amy and her team quickly went to work getting our home listed and on the MLS. She arranged for a quick inspection and photographer, both of which were also very professional. She set up two days for open houses that were hosted by her assistant. The feedback from her assistant was instant and helpful. Amy suggested that given the interest in our home that we set a Monday deadline to review offers. Within about 48 hours our dream home was listed, we made an offer, and it was accepted which meant that all of a sudden we needed to sell our home. We were not ready. Amy came to our home to meet with us and go over the home selling process. We were nervous, but we immediately knew we were in good hands. Amy came prepared with info about our home, explained the process to us and laid out the steps we'd be taking. She was easy to communicate with and was always quick to return a phone call or email. We followed Amy's advice and after about a two week period of "de-cluttering" and making some minor updates that would have for sure been called out on the home inspection (updating smoke detectors, servicing the furnace & AC, replacing aging water heater) our home was ready to be listed. Our home went on the market on a Thursday afternoon. Amy and her team quickly had about 20 private showings scheduled for that weekend. We received many offers, seven if I remember correctly, and we ended up selling the home WELL over the asking price. We'd always felt that part of selling a home is having an open house.
