When we got serious about buying a house in Tualatin, we interviewed several local realtors and their teams. Without any doubt, Amy, Mindy, Sandy, and Brian were the most qualified, to both list our townhouse and represent us in buying our new house. Their teamwork was superb! Our first experience with the office was through a phone call with Sandy. She demonstrated a genuine desire to help us achieve our goals by asking all the right questions. During the call she scheduled a time for Amy and Mindy to visit with us at our house, accommodating our busy schedule with four young kids. Simultaneous to selling our townhouse, they also helped us identify and make an offer on a new house that met all our desired specifications. They were very patient and did an excellent job of helping us evaluate the pros-and-cons of a house, without letting us settle. They understood what we were trying to accomplish and took ownership in making sure that we found the “perfect house” for our family, down to the schools, accessibility to parks, type of street, layout of the house, neighbors, etc. They did not disappoint!
